MUSIC VIDEO!!!

Cytokine Storm - Even the Walls Return Echoes from Angela Korniotes on Vimeo.

This was a group assignment, and it was a big one. 25% of our final grades, big. We were assigned our group members by the instructor, we chose our own roles that we were to perform in the making of this video. There were 4 roles, but my group only had 3 members, so we decided we would all jointly come up with the storyline. We all sat down and did the story board together, I wish I had taken a picture of it ( I drew it on construction paper ) it looked terrible. ;) But we understood it and that's all that matters. Then I got the models lined up (my best friend and my boyfriend) and we set out to the locations. When all was said and done, they handed me the footage and I got to get cracking doing my thing. Which, if you haven't figured out yet is the editing. Fun and hard! But it was worth it. There is a scene in this version on the site where the border is off, that is NOT in the final for my portfolio, but it took so long to upload I think it will be ok for now.

Day in the Life

Day in the Life from Angela Korniotes on Vimeo.

This was an assignment requiring us to find a person who would allow us to follow them around their work and record their job site and day to day responsibilities. Once I finally got someone to agree, I went to the job site with all my recording equipment and got to work. I shot, directed, produced and edited the entire video. I think I did a pretty good job considering we had to be sure to stay under 2 mins.

"What is it?" assignments are always fun.

Used a little focus stacking for this vintage prayer box.

Latex

©Angela Korniotes
Assignment was to photograph a "model" wearing latex gloves and holding a small object. We had to make sure the hands "looked good."

Photograph chocolate.

Yep, done.

Cell Phone

©Angela Korniotes
The assignment was to photograph a cell phone in a sci-fi setting and lighting setup.

I really like the way this turned out.

This is NOT a composite, I had that phone hanging from a pole behind it! ;)

Pharmaceutical

©Angela Korniotes
The assignment was to shoot the way you view pharmaceutical drugs.
We had to shoot both a positive veiwpoint, and a negative point of view.
This was my negative.
Do you get it?

(In america we "pop" pills like candy)

Metal

Selective focus.
The assignment was metal, so that's what I focused on.

Is water your product?
I can shoot that too! ;)

I have to admit this makes even myself a little thirsty. I hope you like it!
